Patricia Untario, born in 1984 in Jakarta, is an Indonesian artist specializing in glass art. She studied sculpture at the Bandung Institute of Technology and furthered her education at Vetroricerca Glas & Modern in Italy. Her work often explores the interplay between domestic, personal, and societal experiences, utilizing glass to create intricate sculptures and installations. Notable projects include “Interaksi,” a public sculpture in Bandung encouraging urban engagement, and “Silent,” a series addressing conversations around sex in Indonesian public discourse. Patricia has exhibited internationally, including at the Corning Museum of Glass in New York and the Venice Glass Week in Italy.
